Vehicle payments and road costs are kept strictly separate.
Nothing is counted twice: the top figures contain vehicle payments only. Insurance and tax are shown separately below.
One payment · no vehicle instalment
Initial payment plus lease instalments
Start fee plus all-in rate
Vehicle payment means only purchase price, loan payment, lease payment or subscription rate. Required road costs are displayed in their own box.
Excluded: servicing, tyres, fuel/electricity, parking, cleaning, damage, deductibles and excess kilometres.
Planning estimate only — not financial advice. Insurance and tax values are estimates; actual quotes and contract terms take precedence. What the numbers mean and what happens when the term ends.
Not automatically. The comparison shows the payments made during your selected period. With a purchase you own the vehicle, while a leased or subscription car is normally returned.
Residual value is the contractual estimate of the vehicle's value at the end of the term. It affects the lease payment and is shown separately. You can keep the car only when the contract or leasing provider explicitly offers that option.
This keeps the vehicle payment separate from mandatory road costs. Comprehensive insurance may be required for leasing; actual premiums and taxes depend on the vehicle, driver, canton and provider.
A cash purchase has no monthly vehicle payment: the full purchase price is paid once. Ongoing insurance and vehicle tax remain visible separately.
